How long do you really need to train to create a
change in your body?
What I've learned is that it doesnt take much to get weight
loss results. It doesn't take much to shape your body into a

time spent exercising is

listening to Zig Ziglar today.
In the early 80's he had a 41 inch waist and weighed in
at 202 lbs. But his doctor told him that he wasn't
overweight.
He was just 5 and 1/2 inches too short
for
his
weight. (That's a joke =)
Anyway, here's what he did to lose his weight. He self
published a book and placed an order for 25,000
copies of
the book to be printed.
In the opening pages of his book
he
mentioned that he weighed 165 pounds and had a 34
inch waist. When he wrote those
words he still
weighed 202 pounds.
Now that is a commitment! That is how you make a
permanent change.
Zig put himself out on a limb. He painted himself into a
corner. He had no choice but to succeed.

Throw away all
of your old fat-clothes except just one or two sets. Keep
just enough so that you can still clothe yourself.

that you will get excited about wearing.
