Want to know how to get twice the fat loss in half
the time? WARNING: This method is for
advanced athletes only. Here it is: It?s called
the Tabatta method of training, or High
Intensity Interval Training, (HIIT). Warm up for 5
min. Sprint at 90-100% of full speed for 20
seconds. Rest for 10 seconds. Wash, rinse, and
REPEAT 6X. Cool down for 5 min. with light
stretching.
