Too many.

This is why I’ve developed exercise programs that are time efficient. If you know me and know how I train myself and my students, then you know that I’m all about maximum results in minimum time.

I’m at the point personally, as a matter of fact, that I only exercise about 90 – 120 total minutes every week.

And I’m still making progress.

And I’m not unique.

There is nothing special about me other than the fact that I’ve dedicated myself to being my best.

And I know that exercise is a significant part of being my best.

I now train all of my students at locations all over southern California.

None of them are at a traditional gym.

And to top it off, all of my students get better results than most people who are doing traditional gym, body-builder type training.
