Okay, so by now I’m sure you know that in order for any physical change to take place in your body you first must. . .
Make an internal change
You know that you have to picture yourself as your ideal self.
You know that if you see yourself as the type of person who is control of your lfie, you will be in control of your body too.
You know that you have to feel totally driven toward your ideal body goal.
You know that when you set a deadline for achieving something you are much more likely to achieve that something.
You know that if you are to create a new destiny, you must create a new self image of who you are what you are capable of.
You know all of this.
And I must have said. . .
Eat a lean protein, starchy carb, and fibrous carb, every 3 – 3.5 hours
I know that the reality is that you are busy.
You go out to eat and many times it is most likely at a fast food restaurant. So here is what I’ve done for you.
I’ve put together a list better fast food choices.
I’m not telling you that it is okay to eat fast food. No. What I am doing here is showing you different ways to minimize tha damage for yourself or others that you care about – if they choose to eat fast food.
So here you go:
If you choose to eat fast foods, remember that some choices are better than others.
You want to consider fat, cholesterol and carbohydrate content in your choices. . .
but counting calories is a great place to start. . .
