Do you want to put on 10 lbs of muscle mass in 2 months? Then try this supplement protocol:

Immediately before you begin your daily workout routine drink a smoothie with one or two scoops of whey protein powder.

If you're doing this in the morning take it with a cup of orange juice and a teaspoon of flax seed oil or fish oil.

60 minutes into your workout have a creatine shooter.

This shooter is about 3-5 grams of creatine in 1/2 cup of 1 part water and 1 part O.J.

Finally, 30 minutes after this shooter, have about 40 grams of whey and casein protein powder mix. Make sure your mix has some maltodextrin in it.

Remember this is only for those who are undertaking the most serious strength training.

This protocol works best with a high intensity training program that is periodized training program specifically designed to put on lean muscle.
