Do you know somebody who is going to start training someday?
If you use the words, "I'm going to start tomorrow then you're going to be terribly unhappy in life".
The key to success and happiness in this life is ACTION. Just getting out there and doing SOMETHING is far more beneficial than waiting for everything to be right.
To give you an example, I trained a group of people last week, a husband and wife, and a friend. Let's call them Fred, Wilma, and Barney. So, I've been training Fred and Barney for awhile now and they've been seeing fantastic results. They're both stronger, and they look better too, if I do say so myself. So, last week Fred was trying to talk Wilma into training with us just one time, because he knew that she would get tremendous benefit out of the experience. By the way, she has been training-to-train with us for the past umpteen months, trying to muster up all the courage she could to just step in and take action. Finally, after months of persuading and cajoling and offering her free gifts, she agreed to give it a whirl. What happened? She ended up having a great time, laughing, getting a great workout, and Fred and Barney had a great workout too. Tomorrow finally arrived. Whatever it is you want to do, take action today. Start something. That is the key differentiator of those who are successful and those who are not. You may be genetically superior to the person you think has better genes. Maybe you just haven't been given the right strategy to achieve your potential.
