For body-lard loss, be sure to eat a balanced meal approximately every 3 hours consisting of a lean protein, complex carbohydrate, and a starchy carbohydrate.

When you eat a meal with a lean protein only your body will have a tough time transporting the amino acids that make up that protein into your muscle cells.

This transport into muscles cells is best accomplished with the hormone insulin.

When you eat a carbohydrate, your body produces insulin to shuttle glucose in the cells.

Critical: For optimal energy and fat loss you should eat a meal that consists of lean protein like chicken breast, fibrous carbs like spinach, and a starchy carbohydrate like a sweet potato.

This requires commitment to your goals and some planning but it is doable and the results are well worth it.

Since you are serious about achieving your health and fitness goals and have that picture of success – this will be easy for you and actually quite enjoyable.

Since you know the reason WHY you are doing it – know how you will feel once you get that goal – every part of the process becomes a game.

Keep winning it!
