If you ever find yourself saying any of these words, watch out, they are quite revealing of your true attitude toward something.
If you look at me and tell me that you're going to "try and do it", I know that is virtually a 100% guarantee that you will not do that thing.
If you say, "it's impossible", that also is cutting yourself off from even attempting to do something. It's impossible, so why even go for it?
When you say, "I can't", this reveals the underlying attitude of lack of ability.
Here are 3 old fashioned, B.S., dangerous, and potentially goal killing words.
Try
Impossible
and
Can't
The funniest thing I see nearly everyday is this; I ask somebody to do an exercise like a push up with one foot elevated or a squat that they've never performed before or a new step on the agility ladder; and after performing the exercise one time - the person will look me square in the eyes and tell me "I can't do it".
This is after they've already done it once!
Whatever it is that you want, you can do it, or get it, if you GO FOR IT.
Go for it, means that you do whatever it takes to make your wants come true.
You set fear to the side and JUST DO IT.
Look at yourself in the mirror and ask one question.
REALLY ask.
"What do I want?"
When you get the answer, respect it and do something about it.
Make it happen.
Yes, you can create your life and health.
You do it every day.
