In the workout video below you'll see some of my best muscle building workouts -- all performed on stadium stairs.


Stairs simply increase the exercise challenge. They're not necessary to complete the workout. All of these moves will BUILD MUSCLE, burn fat, develop balance, power and speed.

These exercises should first be mastered on a flat surface before attempting on stairs.

  • The first exercise shown is the backward bear crawl. No kidding, if you have not yet done so, please try one of my personal favorites, "backward bear crawls". They will make you bulletproof!
  • Next exercise shown in the video is the kettlebell alternating press.
  • Then you have the kettlebell clean, jump and press.
  • And last but not least -- sprints.
