This Fast Workout will get your metabolism fired up and stoked.
Here’s a workout you can do anytime, and anywhere that will keep the muscle mass you have worked so hard to build.
It can also work to stimulate your metabolism for those people who are just getting started with their exercise programs.

Here’s a Superfast 15-minute Total Body Blast!
Warm up for 4 minutes with an exercise such as light jogging, skipping rope, and light upper body exercises.
Perform some dynamic stretching for 2 minutes.
1. Perform 25 Push Ups (or your maximum) with strict form.
2. Immediately perform 10 Burpee Squat Jumps.
3. Then move right into Jumping Jacks, do 50 as fast as possible
4. Finish with 10 Prone Cobra’s
5. Rest 30 seconds Repeat this sequence one more time and finish with 3 minutes of active stretching.
Complete this program in less than 15 minutes!
