"I'll try."

Please don't ever try.

If you want to do something, say, "I will do it!

Say that you're going to get the job done. No matter what, you're going to make it happen. That is impressive. That is commitment. That is conviction. That is something you can go and tell your friends about. Have you seen the movie Scarface? Not for the easily offended, true. But there is a line that the star of the movie, Al Pacino, repeats throughout. He says, "I'll I've got is two things, man. My word, and my courage.” Quite poetic if you ask me. But the point is that your word is the most valuable thing you possess. The words you use and the commitments you make to yourself and others are of vital importance.

Can you understand what it is that I'm saying here? If you can accept total responsibility for where you are then you can accept total responsibility for where you're going. And if you want to lose the lard or do ANYTHING else; get certain that it is going to happen and that you are the one who is going to make it happen.

Here is the way to succeed with this. All exercise programs succeed or fail because of only three things That's right. Just three things control whether you'll succeed of fail with your exercise program. 1. First of all you need to believe that it is possible to do it. If you don't have this belief in place then all of your efforts will be half hearted - if you even make any effort at all.

Once you have that belief in place, however, the world is yours. You can make anything happen. 2. Next, you need a technology that works. You need a system that produces results. And like one of my mentors always says, "The thigh master just isn't going to do it." What will do it is a proven system. A system that takes into account your specific goals and lifestyle. 3. Finally, you need to follow through. You must follow the plan in order to achieve the result. That all sounds simple enough, right?

Sure, this is simple. It makes sense logically but you just have to DO IT. When somebody who has been there and done what you want to do lays out the plan for you - telling you EXACTLY what you get to do to lose weight, or make it happen, you only have to follow the steps to achieve the results.

So just follow the steps. Pick a path that leads somewhere you really want to go and start walking or running. Get someone to hold you accountable too. This way you'll be more likely to follow through. When you know that you have to answer to another person you'll be much more likely to stick to your path and plan. And be sure to tell me how YOU'RE doing. I love to hear that you are making it happen!

Stay strong and. . . Create health!
