Exercise Motivation
How do you motivate yourself?
What do you do everyday to motivate yourself to get up and
go out into the world and EXERCISE?
Well, I'll tell you how I motivate myself to exercise...
Some people think I’m some sort of super
positive genetic freak that neither
has a down time
or doesn’t ever have a day that I don’t
want to exercise.
Well, nothing could be further from the truth.
I have many days that I don’t want to
exercise. I have days that I’m sore, tired,
and just want to take it easy.
But also know that ANYTHING physical will help me.
It is natures cure all natural medicine. Just last
night, for instance, I was tired. I wanted to work
on some projects I have going, some books, and do
some reading I’ve been meaning to do.
Exercise was not my number one priority.
But then I remembered the reason why I exercise in
the first place. I remembered that I always, every
single time, feel better about myself, and have MORE
energy than I did before the workout.
So, what can you do to motivate yourself?
What do you do to make sure that you are always
ready to make your life better with exercise?
Well, you first need a goal .
If you’re just out there going through the
motions, that is neither fun nor interesting. If
you’re like me, you like to do more, be more,
and become more and better EVERYDAY.
You don’t need to set a record everyday. But
you do need to set a specific goal and work toward
it everyday.
There is a sense of accomplishment that just
can’t be matched when you set and achieve the
goals you set for yourself everyday.
You build unstoppable self-confidence.
How would you like to build more self confidence?
You’re already confident you say?
Good.
You can do better though.
We all can. And if you want help with your confidence
game, nothing beats training outside.
There is something special about moving and feeling
the energy of the great outdoors. Seeing the
beautiful California blue sky, feeling the cool
breeze, Ahhhh. . .
And remember, whatever you do, only YOU can. . .
