speed, power, fluidity of movement, and athleticism.
He was a master of the martial arts. And you may know that
he actually developed his own system of training.
He called it Jeet Kun Do, which means
“no system”.
His philosophy dictated that you take
the best of
everything and discard all of the things that are worthless.

Take out what you need and throw away the rest.
So, to make this applicable to you, if you go out to eat with
family and friends and somebody orders something that
you used to get excited about eating – think of that food now
– if it isn’t good for
your health and body composition – then throw it out.
Mentally attach yourself so thoroughly to THE FEELING
you'll have when you achieve your fat loss
goal
that the thought of a food you used to eat without thinking
actually becomes repulsive to you.
Get to the point where the thought of eating the food just
kicks you where it hurts. You know that it’ll be a temporary
pleasure and cost you long term.
Feel how great it will
feel as you continue to create that masterpiece you call
yourself.
Imagine seeing yourself on a movie screen eating the food
that YOU KNOW is
GARBAGE and while doing so, do this. . .
Imagine Shaq just
took
his size 22 Reeboks to your soft tissues the
instant you put that fatty, oily, greasy disgusting, body
destroying, toxic mess, that you USED to call food, in your
mouth.
So you can clearly see two choices here.
Bliss
as you progress toward your goal and Unbearable Pain
if
the old
you did not get the goal.
The choice is obvious, right?
Now, know that the foods that will
continue to create your ideal body are tasty, fill your body
with energy,
vigor, and you look forward to eating them. They are non-
processed and you love to eat them knowing that you’re NOT
sacrificing – you are doing a favor for your body and your
mind.
Remember, you are creating your life with your goals. You
are moving
closer to your goals and you achieve them! Celebrate your
victory today!
