How many times have you heard about people hitting
the lottery only to see it disappear in a flash?

Making money online is the same thing. If you don't
have it coming in consistently each month, it's NOT
a real business - and it can disappear very quickly.

You NEED continuity income NOW. Especially with
the new FTC laws coming into effect, everything is
changing. That's why it's even more important to
 have that consistent income.

My buddy, Ryan Lee, known to many as the Continuity King
and the guy who makes a ton of money with membership
sites over the years has released 4 super content rich
videos explaining how one of his students went from having
a list of less than 3,000, no affiliates and in a few short
months went from $0 to $30,000 in monthly revenue with
 his brand *new* continuity program.

Ryan reveals the following in these 4 videos:

*How to decide what content to put out...

*The One Mistake To Avoid To Have A Killer Continuity Program

*The Only Two Types of Continuity Program Out There

*And He even reveals his personal contacts who he uses to go from a $19 product to a $50,000 per month continuity program.

You may remember that a few months ago I flew out to Connecticut to help out my buddy Ryan Lee with a seminar he put on.

7 years ago Ryan was a high school gym teacher in the toughest part of the Bronx - working hard for his money.

Well, he learned how to turn his love of fitness into a multi-million dollar online business and now he focuses entirely on teaching other passionate people how to build their businesses.

Anyway, this was his first big live event and he had some really big name speakers there.

One of the most interesting and dynamic speakers was a guy named Jerry Clark.

Jerry found a way to make money that enabled him to RETIRE at the tender age of 23.

Well, Ryan pulled Jerry up on stage and asked him to talk for a minute about the components of success.

His talk was so good, I wanted YOU to hear it too :) so I asked Jerry to condense his talk on the 3 primary components of success.

THE VIDEO ON THIS PAGE IS THAT TALK.

Anyway, when Jerry gave the talk ON STAGE he also showed everyone how they can make $2,000 in 2 minutes.

You can watch THAT video HERE==> http://ContinuitySummit.Net

Just as I was, You too will be blown away by Jerry's presentation.

You've gotta see this for yourself right now http://ContinuitySummit.Net

The 2009 Columbus Marathon has inspired innovation with a Twitter application called "Tweet my Time". For the first time in a running event, a runner's event progress can be set to be automatically tweeted out at various splits along the course of the 2009 Columbus Marathon in Detroit.

You can follow a friend or family members progress along the course online HERE.

The application called "Tweet My Time" was developed specifically for the Columbus 1/2 Marathon.

"This is the first time that participants will be able to automatically tweet out their times to their followers without taking their mind off their race," said Scott Weaver, Columbus Marathon Race Director. "We're a long-standing racing tradition, and as a result, we're always looking for ways to offer participants more value and excitement".

The program works through synchronizing with a microship timing device that each registered athlete will wear on Race Day to record his or her time. Many races have an automatic text mechanism that sends text updates to people who register for them, but those come at a price - either to the participant or to the event. Tweet My Time is a free application.

Tweet My Time will automatically post an update to participants' Twitter status at five different checkpoints along the full marathon course - the start, 10K, half marathon, 20K and finish. Additionally, the updates will include the athlete's progress and estimated finish time; participants also have the option to post selective Twitter updates to FaceBook.

The 2009 Columbus Marathon will be held on Oct. 18 and will feature nearly 15,000 total participants in the full, the half marathon and the 5K Corporate Wellness events. The Nationwide Better Health Columbus Marathon, a member of Running USA, is one of the 25 largest marathons in the United States.
If you are thinking about starting a fitness training program but don't want to spend money and take up space in your house with a big equipment purchase, you can easily find ways to get in a workout in and around your home or in the great outdoors. By finding items that you already own or by venturing outside, you can get "green" when you're exercising too.

Any personal trainer will tell you that you don't need a bunch of fancy equipment in order to do some fitness training and get in shape. First of all, take a look around your house - you can use canned food as weights, towels as exercise mats, a stack of books as a stair, some spare rope as a jumping rope and even a chair can help you exercise at home.

Why not take your items outside? It's much easier to jump rope (an excellent cardio workout) when you have lots of space. For any of your fitness training, being outside is better and will make you feel better - fresh air and plenty of it will increase the workout you're getting.

When you're outside, you can take your fitness training to a whole new level. Go for a brisk walk (or even a slow one) or a run and increase your workout all the more. Even if running isn't your thing, you can still walk or hike around your local area on trails or just the side walk. Take your bike to work instead of your car or just head out on a leisurely bike ride.

It's always best to team up with someone, even a personal trainer, to stick with your fitness training plan. It helps keep you accountable for your goals and your daily routines. Another green and great idea for your fitness training is to join a team for your favorite sport, such as volley ball, tennis, soccer, basket ball or any sport that you enjoy doing.

If you really want to get serious with your fitness training plan, you might eventually need some equipment. However, that doesn't mean that you need to break the bank and buy all new equipment. Check out the Internet for used equipment or local sporting goods stores for second hand goods - many cities and towns have a "bargain finder" newspaper or portion of the daily newspaper where people can sell or give away items. However, you can make do with water jugs, a chair and a stepping stool. Your fitness plan doesn't have to include a bunch of expensive equipment.

Going "green" with your fitness training doesn't have to reduce your routine or limit your work out. A fitness trainer can help you figure out ways to increase your personal training without any equipment at all. A walk around the block, a mile long run, a hike on a favorite trail, or a bike ride through town can be just as good a work out as an hour in the gym. Do what you like to do, have some fun, and enjoy your green workout. If that doesn't workout check out our personal trainer directory.
The MTV Fat Camp TV show has inspired millions of people to attend fat camps for adults.

Have you ever dreamed about escaping the stress and obligations of your daily life so you could relax in a paradise setting and just focus on yourself for once?

Have you ever thought of temporarily running away to a fat camp for adults and coming back healthier and much happier? If so, then you are probably like millions of other adults today: overstressed, overweight, and just waiting for the right opportunity to put yourself first for once.

MTV has popular TV show featuring a group of kids of varying ages who had the opportunity to do exactly that. It is set high in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania at a kid's camp called Camp Pocono Trails.

The show follows some of the many campers staying the summer away from their friends and family to learn how to be active, eat correctly, and get their weight under control.

The kids followed for the summer had their best and worst moments of their weight loss adventures were exposed to millions of viewers.

Glimpses of other campers were also featured along the way, with many of them resonating on a very deep level with viewers around the world.

While this camp is designed for kids, it has all of the features that would entice a grown man or woman to drop it all and escape to a fat camp for adults.

Camp Pocono Trails campers enjoy scenic views of the lake, healthy meals catered to them, and all of the outdoor recreational adventures you could ever ask for.

From kayaking and hiking to more traditional strength training, water aerobics, and cardio workouts, the stress of everyday life was replaced by outdoor adventure every single day.

While the show was not a huge hit right off the bat, it has now become a huge inspiration for kids who need to take charge of their health as well as adults who are now looking into making their dreams come true at a fat camp for adults.

It continues to air on a regular basis on MTV and interestingly, it is not the actual weight loss that has caught the attention of millions of viewers. It is the personal stories of the campers who were brave enough to reveal some of their most raw, uncensored emotions on camera.

For instance, videos of some of the favorite campers continue to surface on YouTube and get hundreds of views, even now that almost four years have passed since the original airing of the documentary. The world seems captivated by the kids of Camp Pocono Trails.

The most positive result of the TV show has been all of the new interest in fitness camps for adults. While it is easier for kids to spend their summer vacation away at camp than it is for adults to escape their full time jobs, children, and other obligations to attend fat camp for adults, the idea of running away from it all to a beautiful remote location is extremely appealing.

For some people, attending weight loss boot camp has actually become a reality. They have put themselves first and made their life and their families much stronger as a result.

CSPI Urges Senate to Pass Food Safety Modernization Act

Leafy greens, eggs, and tuna are on the top of a list of the 10 riskiest foods regulated by the Food and Drug Administration. Those and seven other foods account for nearly 40 percent of all foodborne outbreaks linked to FDA-regulated food.

That's no reason to forgo the occasional salad Niçoise, says the Center for Science in the Public Interest, which authored the report, nor need one pass up tomatoes, sprouts, and berries, even though those foods are also on the list.

But the nonprofit watchdog group says the presence of so many healthy foods on such a list is exactly why the United States Senate should follow the House and pass legislation that reforms our fossilized food safety laws.

The FDA is responsible for regulating produce, seafood, egg and dairy products, as well as typical packaged foods such as cookie dough and peanut butter--nearly 80 percent of the food supply. More than 1,500 separate, definable outbreaks were associated with the top 10 riskiest FDA-regulated foods, causing nearly 50,000 reported illnesses.

Since most foodborne illnesses are never reported, these outbreaks are only the tip of a large, hulking iceberg.

"Outbreaks give the best evidence of where and when the food safety system is failing to protect the public," said CSPI staff attorney Sarah Klein, the lead author of the report. "It is clearly time for FDA's reliance on industry self-regulation to come to an end. The absence of safety plans or frequent inspections unfortunately means that some of our favorite and most healthful foods also top the list of the most risky."

CSPI identified 363 outbreaks linked to iceberg lettuce, romaine, spinach, and other leafy greens, variously contaminated with E. coli, Norovirus, or Salmonella, and causing 13,568 cases of illness. Manure, contaminated irrigation water, or poor handling practices are all possible culprits in those outbreaks. The FDA does not currently require farms and processors to have written food safety plans, nor does it provide specific safety standards for even the largest growers to meet.

Eggs were linked 352 outbreaks and 11,163 illnesses; tuna to 268 outbreaks and 2,341 cases of illness, and oysters--despite their limited consumption--to 132 outbreaks causing 3,409 illnesses. Outbreaks involving potatoes don't seem to make headlines, but nevertheless they are linked to 108 outbreaks and 3,659 cases of illness. Cheese, ice cream, tomatoes, sprouts, and berries round out the top 10 list. The data come from CSPI's Outbreak Alert! Database, which includes outbreaks from 1990 to 2006, using data collected from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other sources
.
In July, the House of Representatives passed the Food Safety Enhancement Act with broad, bipartisan support. That measure would give FDA authority to require food processors to design and implement food safety plans, provide specific safety standards that growers would have to meet, and require FDA to visit high-risk facilities every 12 months or less, and most other facilities every 3-4 years. In the Senate, similar legislation, sponsored by Sen. Richard Durbin (D-IL), is pending.

"As consumers, we don't have the power to check on these products," said Kathleen Chrismer, whose 9-year-old daughter Rylee Gustafson was hospitalized for a month after becoming seriously ill from eating spinach salad contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. "Without a better system to protect us, we are totally at the mercy of the next outbreak."
